SCOPE
birthday party
With our offer "children's birthday / forest and nature days" the customer can choose between a 2- and a 3-hour animation against previous registration. All events can be booked Mon-Sun. The offer can be booked all year round (weather dependent). The event takes place outdoors in all weathers (except massive thunderstorms) - in this case we will find a replacement date. Registration must be made at least 10 working days before the offer is executed. The price is variable venue, program selection and duration from 150.- Euro. Venues are either terrains we have tested in nearby woods, or places selected by the organizers (parents) (in this case, parents clarify the suitability and rights of use of the site). The above-mentioned children's birthday / forest and nature day offer refers to an age range of 5-16 years. The group size is limited to a maximum of 12 children.

Generally
The provisions contained in these terms and conditions apply to all contracts of our business units. Individual special agreements agreed with the customer take precedence over these regulations. Conflicting or differing conditions of the customer, we only accept if we expressly agree in writing to the validity.
birthday party
1. Participation in the children's birthday / forest and nature day offers requires a prior telephone or written appointment request stating the desired date of the event, the program selection, the name and surname of a guardian and the number of participating children and adult escorts. There must be at least one companion for the entire duration of the event.
2. The registration takes place via the contact form for children's birthdays of www.sinneswelten.at or by mail. After confirmation of the availability of the requested appointment by SINNESWELTEN, the booker receives the corresponding offer by e-mail. After written confirmation of this offer and a subsequent order confirmation by SINNESWELTEN, the contract has been concluded in accordance with applicable terms and conditions.
3. Registration deadline is 10 business days before the event.
4. The number of participants is limited to 12 children. The minimum age of children is 5 years. SINNESWELTEN does NOT assume any responsibility for the children at the birthday event. This lies exclusively with the accompanying person (s). In case of bad behavior, SINNESWELTEN can have the respective child picked up by the parents. A percentage refund will not be made in this case.

Generally
The booking of the event takes place in the form of a written or telephone booking.
With the booking the general terms and conditions of SINNESWELTEN are accepted. The general terms and conditions can be found following our offer as well as on our homepage (www.sinneswelten.at) under the menu item AGB
birthday party
Payment must be made on invoice, which must be credited to the SINNESWELTEN account no later than 24 hours before the event. Intended purpose is the name and surname of the child, as well as the date of the event. Payment in cash on the day of the event is also possible by arrangement.


Generally
• All events that include a retreat / meal or overnight stay are understood plus meals for the employees of SINNESWELTEN involved in the event and the artists booked by them.
• Up to two weeks before the start of the event, the customer must pay a deposit of 80% of the order value.
• The final payment will be made after the booked service by bank transfer or in cash. You will receive an invoice in writing from SINNESWELTEN with all details and account information. Term of payment is 14 days after invoicing.
• All prices, where the value added tax is not explicitly indicated, are plus the currently applicable VAT. in Austria (currently 20%)
• Payments must be made exclusively to the bank account of SINNESWELTEN.
birthday party
The reservation can be canceled 48 hours before the start of the event. In case of non-use after binding booking of the appointment without cancellation or a cancellation of less than 48 hours, SINNESWELTEN will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total value of the booking. The cancellation fee is waived if the customer provides for an adequate replacement.

Generally
According to the Austrian travel cancellation conditions every participant can withdraw at any time. Decisive is the written receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the organizer. Additional cancellation fees, which may be charged to us by our service partners, will be charged. If the customer withdraws from the travel contract, the following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start 30% of the offer price
Cancellation until 2 weeks before the start 50% of the offer price
Deregistration after the 14 days 80% of the offer price

1. SINNESWELTEN is an OPERATOR, not the organizer of the children's birthday / forest and nature days. We become active on behalf of the parent / legal guardian of the birthday celebrating child who / we book and thus the organizer (s) is / are.
2. Participation in a SINNESWELTEN Children's Birthday / Forest and Nature Days is voluntary, solely on one's own responsibility and at one's own risk. The booker of the event is aware that participating in the event in the forest, despite the highest possible precautions by the provider, with risks and injury, in particular by falls, tripping, slipping or buckling is connected. The booker may have to provide for himself a corresponding insurance protection of the participating guests. We strongly recommend that you use sturdy footwear and use appropriate tick protection.
3. By confirming the booking by SINNESWELTEN, the booker declares bindingly that there are no health concerns against the participation of all birthday children.
4. The organizer assumes no liability for damage to property of any kind. This also applies to lost clothing and other items. Excluded from this disclaimer are claims based on intent or gross negligence of the host, their legal representation or fulfillment and management assistance.
5. The booker expressly indemnifies SINNESWELTEN from all liability claims that arise in connection with the birthday event (whether due to own fault or third-party fault or other reason) against SINNESWELTEN, its legal representatives, vicarious agents or servants.
6. Furthermore, the booker releases the organizer and the assistants from any liability towards third parties for damage caused by him / her in the context of his / her children's birthday party / forest and nature days. The disclaimer recognizes each end of the book with his / her registration. This disclaimer also applies to accompanying persons.

Generally
• Duty of care of the organizer. SINNESWELTEN provides the contractually agreed activity with the care of a prudent businessman. Unless otherwise required by law, SINNESWELTEN shall only be responsible for intent and gross negligence on the part of itself and its employees. This applies to both damage to property and personal injury.
• malfunctions. Disruptions caused by the weather, the loss of trains or other influences and beyond the control of the organizer are not subject to recourse. Furthermore, we recommend the participants the conclusion of a liability, accident and international health insurance.
• Disclaimer. In outdoor activities, both the employees of SINNESWELTEN and the participants are confronted with natural situations that are not fully controllable. Each participant recognizes this natural residual risk. Participation in the event, as well as in all related activities is at your own risk.
• Safety. In the interests of safety, the instructions of the employees of SINNESWELTEN must be obeyed during the event.
Participants agree not to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the event, as well as in any related activities.
In the event of infringements, SINNESWELTEN and its employees reserve the right to exclude the person concerned from participation.
SINNESWELTEN must be informed about health problems and possible illnesses (eg cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and asthma, etc.) before the event.
• Physical requirements. To participate in all activities you do not need your own special knowledge, just a normal healthy physical condition.
• Exclusion liability for third-party services. SINNESWELTEN is not liable for performance disturbances in connection with services that are provided by us as third party services (eg catering, services, etc.). In outdoor areas, especially in sports and the use of sports and play equipment, SINNESWELTEN shall not be liable for damage to property or personal injury caused by improper use of the equipment or by overconfidence of the participants. Equally excluded is the responsibility for the loss of personal belongings of the event participants.
SINNESWELTEN reserves the right to change the program for reasons such as weather, avalanche danger, etc. If the event or parts of the event are not carried out, you can choose a new date or alternatively receive a voucher with a validity of 2 years. Further claims do not exist.
Collection, processing and use of personal data, purpose
With this data protection declaration, SINNESWELTEN informs the customer about how the customer can contact SINNESWELTEN as the responsible body and which personal data is collected, processed or used within the scope of the offer for which purposes by SINNESWELTEN. In addition, SINNESWELTEN informs the customer about data security measures as well as about the rights granted.

3. Processing and use for the purpose of advertising
The data collected are used exclusively to ensure the implementation of the children's birthday / forest and nature days / contractual relationship. The data will not be used to send information by e-mail or post about further offers as well as direct mail for own similar goods or services of SINNESWELTEN.
4. Transmission to third parties
A transmission of the customer data to third parties takes place at no time.
5. Right to information, correction, blocking or deletion; Opposition and withdrawal
The customer has at any time a right to information about the data stored with respect to the person at SINNESWELTEN, their origin and recipient as well as the purpose of the storage. Furthermore, the customer has a right to correction, blocking and / or deletion of incorrect data. The customer may object to the collection, processing or use of his data by us in accordance with this privacy policy in whole or for individual measures. If the customer has given consent for the general or purpose-specific use of the personal data, the latter may revoke this at any time. He may send a letter or an e-mail to SINNESWELTEN to exercise these rights and for all other questions concerning the use of his personal data.
After booking, the customer declares his acceptance of the above general terms and conditions of SINNESWELTEN in their current version. In addition, the customer agrees to the processing and use of the data collected in the context of the registration for the offer by SINNESWELTEN in accordance with the above data protection declaration.
